Refund & Return Policy
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
At ZEFFON, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at sales@zeffon.eu within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the item(s).
Return Conditions
Returned items must be properly packaged and should be returned with their original tags and packaging where possible.
You may inspect and try on items as you would in a physical store. You are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and fit of the items.
Any applicable reduction in value may be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Costs & Returns
Shipping costs are non-refundable for partial returns. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including shipping fees associated with sending items back to ZEFFON.
The shipping method and its associated delivery costs are selected by the customer at checkout.
ZEFFON does not cover or reimburse return shipping expenses for ordinary returns.
The original shipping costs paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable.
Customers must arrange and pay for return shipping independently using a reliable shipping provider. We strongly recommend using a trackable service.
Please contact sales@zeffon.eu to receive the correct return address and return instructions before sending your items back.
Customers are responsible for the returned items until they are received by ZEFFON, subject to applicable consumer law.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and assessed, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned items or you have provided evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.
For partial returns, original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are not reimbursed for ordinary returns.
Sale & Archive Sale Items
Items purchased during promotional sales, seasonal sales or Archive Sales are subject to the same statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
The same return shipping conditions apply to discounted items.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for another size, please contact sales@zeffon.eu with your order number and preferred size.
Exchanges are subject to availability. Any additional shipping arrangements and costs will be communicated before proceeding.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us at sales@zeffon.eu as soon as possible.
Where a complaint is justified, ZEFFON will cover reasonable necessary return shipping expenses in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
