Refund policy

At Zeffon we accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. If you want to return your item, you have to contact us within 14 days by sending an e-mail to sales@zeffon.eu with your order number, name and the product you want to return. We only accept returns to the address stated on the contact page.

Keep in mind, that we only accept return items that are unused. If there is any sign of marks, damage or usage on the item we do not accept it.

We do not cover shipping costs for returns. Every return order will be charge 15 EUR  Please note, it is your responsibility to return the product and we do not cover any damage or lost packages on return items. Therefore, please make sure to wrap the package well to avoid any damage in the transit. If your return items get accepted, we will return the money back to the account you purchased the item with. Please note that it can take up to 10 working days from when we have received your package before the money is back on your account.

If you want to change your purchase to another size, please contact us on our e-mail sales@zeffon.eu with your order number, product name and which size you want to change to. We will respond to you within 24 hours whether the size is available.
